Privacy Policy
Scope and controller
This policy covers the Executor Trading website. The controller is Executor Trading; you can reach us with the "Contact Us" button on every page. The site has no sign-up, account or payment; the only form is the optional referral form.
What we process
Technical request data: when you visit, our hosting provider GitHub (GitHub Pages) processes your IP address, browser and request information to deliver and protect the site. Measurement: only with your consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used (see the Cookie Policy). Referral form: if you submit it, we process your e-mail address, the exchange nicknames and the referrer's exchange ID (UID) to record the referral and pay commissions. Contact: if you write to us, we process your name, contact details and message.
Why and on what basis
To run and secure the site (legitimate interest), to measure and improve it (only with your consent), to run the referral program you applied for (your request), and to answer your messages (your request / legitimate interest). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
Your exchange account
Copying runs on Binance or Bybit, and your account data is processed by the exchange under its own privacy policy. Executor Trading never asks for your password or API key and cannot access your funds. We may see only the limited information the exchange shows to a lead trader, and we use it only to run the strategy and to publish aggregated figures such as the number of followers.
Service providers and transfers
We use GitHub Pages (hosting), Google (Analytics with consent; storage of referral form submissions) and Microsoft (Clarity, with consent). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept briefly by GitHub for operation and security. Analytics and Clarity data are kept according to Google's and Microsoft's retention periods. Referral form data is kept while the referral and its commission period last, and for the records the payments require. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you (including GDPR and Turkey's KVKK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings". Use the "Contact Us" button for requests. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children and changes
The site is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
